Alber Krasniqi from Democracy to Action at a conference has reported some problems that have occurred at polling stations since the early hours of the process.
He has said some polling stations have not been opened over time, thus isolating the case in Decani.
There are six cases where in five votes in Decani and one in Mitrovica. In 2.4 per cent, election material has been missing, the most expressed cases in Decani with seals. He said Periscope broadcast.
It has said that those ballots with which citizens have voted can be declared invalid, and that the CEC should provide clarifications of why these things happened.
He has since revealed further trouble during the voting process, citing the fact that disabled persons have not been given access to voting in all centres. /Periscopi/
