The Appeals Court ruled that Enver Sekirras will continue detention for another month.

According to Jashar, the detention measure against indictees Enver Sekiraqa, who was arrested on the order of the Court of Appeals on October 20th, just over 24 hours after being placed in house arrest by the same court.
The detention mass will be considered in accordance with Article 193, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code, by the first-instance court, with the retrial case. The parties in the procedure will be regularly announced”, Jashari said.
Enver Sekiraqa is sentenced by the first-instance court to 37 years in prison for inciting the murder of Kosovo police, Triff Riza.
The Appeals Court is handling the Sekiraqa case in the second degree.
The murder of police officer Triff Riza in August 2007 is already condemned by the handover Arben Berisha. He has been sentenced to 35 years in prison. Sekiraqa was self-owned after several years in EULEX.
