Two weeks ago, Christian Constatin, president of the Swiss club Zion, made a very unbecoming gesture in the Lugano Zion game.
His team triumphed by 2-1 thanks to a goal by Ermir Lenyan, while the rude gesture took place at the end of the match.
The Constat went and weighed down with Swiss journalist Rolf Frieder, who had been criticising his team all week.
The Swiss media dealt the shocks that Constat gave to Frieder as a weak and scandalous act.
The verdict has now come from the court where the Constat has been sentenced to 100,000 Swiss francs, as well as 14 months of ban to join the football stadiums.
