The Austrian newspaper “Der Standard” in an analysis of journalist Addelheid Wohlfl, who is a good connoisseur of the Balkans, writes that Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Serbian Aleksandar Vuciq are insinuating themselves as leaders of Albanians and Serbs.
In her analysis with the title “Loja with borders in the Balkans”, the journalist writes that, along with Serbian Prime Minister Vuciq, the “estate policy” has also revealed Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
It was not only involved in the policy of Albanian political parties in Macedonia, but also appointed four Albanians from Kosovo as deputy ministers. And, he warned that he would ease the circulation at the border point with Kosovo”, writes Der Standard.
All of this, according to the paper, is happening at the same time as dialogue is under way between Kosovo and Serbia. The historic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, according to the paper, could lead to an indirect recognition of Kosovo from Serbia.
According to the analysis of journalist Yeelfl, re-diagnosing borders on ethnic lines, not based on territorial integrity only serves two people.
“This serves first of all two politicians -- Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vuciq and Albania's Edi Rama -- who are now presenting themselves as leaders of all Serbs and Albanians, with the goal of achieving a historical “reconciliation: as the journalist says, Vuciq”.
According to the paper, most EU representatives are praising these two, who have visited each other. This is very strange because relations between Serbia and Albania have never been any problem”, it has added.
