As news agency I reports The RNA, Russian Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konasenkov, said on Saturday that 16 of the terrorists killed were from their leaders and more than 400 were Russian citizens and former Soviet republics.
This spokesman said that with good co-ordination of the Syrian Army and Russian Air Force, terrorists' attacks against Syrian forces' positions in Idlib and Deir al-Zur regions were successfully ousted and many terrorists were killed and a group of them escaped.
The official Syrian news agency SANA said on Saturday that Syrian government troops and their allies managed to prevent terrorist attacks in the el-Tharat area on the road connecting the town of Meyadin with the provincial capital of Deir al-Zur.
