The doctor, publicist and poet living and acting in Canada, Freedom Loshi has made the most strange comparison in the history of Kosovo publicists.
He, MP Frasher Krasniqi and his lawyer Tome Gashi, has compared him to former Serbian dictator Slobodan Milosevic, writes Periscope.
And all of this because, according to him, Krasniqi and his lawyer were not disciplined during court hearings against them.
According to him, their behavior is the classic rape of the justice institution.
This is his full comment on Facebook:
I saw a VV group trial video charged with terrorist attacks on the Kosovo Parliament. I prefer you all to see, and especially I would like to hear the comments of law experts, lawyers, judges, and lawyers. I have participated three times in The Hague trial as a witness against Milosevic (2002), against Milutinovic's group (2006) and against Djordjevic (2009), and from this experience I can say that the behaviour of attorney Toma Gashi and specifically the behaviour of accused Fraser Krasniqi in the trial is the classic (possibly unprecedented) rape of the justice institution. Many undisciplined people have been on trial at The Hague, and judges had trouble managing it, but the behavior of these two in that session exceeds Milosevic's behaviour ten times. Tome Gashi disputes with the judge as well as in the television studio and openly violates his order even when he pulls them out of the hearing. Frasher Krasniqi manages to violate the execution of the judge's order to get him out of the hall, but he manages to do all he wants to do - give political speech without the judge's permission. At this session it is seen how powerless and independent “ ” is the work of the judge and police and how badly the institution of justice is violated by those who today are senior party officials who are promising us a better, more fair and prosperous state.
I don't know how you'd experience this video, it was shocking to me!
