Former Albanian delegation arrested

Italian has denounced the Lezha Police, claiming Edward Ndocaj has stolen a considerable amount of euros through fraud in Italy. Presequently, it is about a total of 78 thousand euros, in the face of a tender Ndocaj has promised to the Italian, whose identity does not become known, of extending a gas pipeline to Albania.
