AKP sells 105 assets

Kosovo Privatisation Agency today at the opening ceremony of sales bids no. 36 through the liquidation method, announced the highest prices offered for the assets of social companies available for sale.

For 105 assets being sold through this tender wave, a total of 156 bids were accepted, and the total value of higher bids was 4,687,401 euros.

The AKP has clarified that the handover of bids from investors, the opening of bids and publication of the results was made transparently, before media representatives, representatives of the Kosovo Chamber of Economics and the Council of Lawyers, as well as the investors present, also made live broadcasting of the ceremony through the official website of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency: www.p-x.org, and has been broadcast live through electronic media, enabling the performance of the ceremony and all interested citizens who have been present at the hall.

The opening bidding ceremony began at 12:30 and was held at the Red Hall of the Youth and Sports Palace, where offers were submitted from bidders between 10:00 and 12:00.

The Kosovo Privatisation Agency is an independent body founded by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo and is extended and operating throughout the country. The agency has the mandate and authority for the sale or carrying of these companies and/or the assets of private investors, or liquidating them, always through an open, transparent, competitive and without delay.
