Trial continues for the murder of Sergeant Muhamet Lika, six accused of justice

The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj will hold its next trial hearing in the case of Kosovo Police Sergeant Muhamet Lika's murder.
The hearing is scheduled to be held today by 09 o'clock, where the trial is expected to continue against the six defendants charged with involvement in the police official's murder.
The founding prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Randa Crime Department, on January 9th this year has filed charges against six people with initials H. B, R.M., V. C, E. L, S.K. and D.G.
According to the indictment, the defendants are suspected that in co-ordination, on April 1, 2025, around 1100 in Kacanik, they have deprived Sergeant Muhamet Lika of life with firearms, acting according to the Prosecutor's Office with preliminary preparations and even the involvement of a minor person.
The prosecution has demanded that after reviewing all evidence, the defendants be found guilty and convicted according to the law, while demanding continued detention until the court's completion.
The case continues to be considered by law enforcement.
