New British Secretary, Witnessed Friend of Kosovo

The new prime minister of the United Kingdom, Andy Burnham, has appointed Ed Miliband to the post of Secretary of Foreign Affairs, as part of his new government cabinet.
Miliband, who previously headed the Ministry for Energy Security and the Net Zero Target, replaces Yvette Cooper at the top of British diplomacy.
He has in the past witnessed a great friend for the state of Kosovo.
“With intervention in Kosovo, we saved the lives of tens of thousands of people in that country”, he stressed in 2011, naming Kosovo one of the most successful examples of humanitarian intervention.
Miliband is expected to lead Britain's international relations, facing challenges such as the war in Ukraine, relations with the European Union and the United States, as well as global security issues.
