(2 hours ago)After more than two hours of talks with incumbent Prime Minister and Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti, LDK chairman Lumir Abdixhiku, has announced that the parties have agreed to continue communication in an effort to avoid new elections.
Abdixhiku said that during the meeting it has been discussed for institutional stability and the need to avoid a new election process.
We talked about the necessary institutional stability and the necessary avoidance of future elections, fourth in a row in less than a year and a half, he said.
According to the LDK leader, the meeting ended with reconciliation for communication between the parties to continue in the coming days.
“We agreed to continue in communication as the only form to avoid new elections”, Abdixhiku said.
