Former British President Killed, Suspect Arrested

British police have launched an investigation into murder over the death of former Genputes and former prison minister Ann Widdecombe, who was found dead in her home in southwest England.
Widdecombe, 78-year-old, was found on Thursday in Haytor, near Dartmooor National Park, while according to Devon and Cornwall Police, she had “suffered serious injuries”.
Britain's Interior Secretary Shabana Mahmood has stated that the circumstances of her death are extremely disturbing “”.
Ann Widdecombe served in the House of Commons as an MP from 1987 to 2010. She was known for her socially conservative positions, including opposition to abortion rights and expanding LGBTQ+ rights.
After leaving Parliament, Widdecombe gained fame even through participation in television programmes like “Strictly Come Dancing” and “Celebty Big Brother”.
Later, she joined the Brex Party and became spokeswoman for the anti-migration party Reform UK.
Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has named him a heroic “Supporter of Brex and an excellent speaker who could thrill so many conservative audiences that it was very difficult to follow that”.
The management company representing Widdecombe after leaving politics has said her life and career were guided by strong Christian values and dedication to the public service.
“She loved the political debate very much, and, 16 years after she left Parliament, she still ran an active campaign for Reform UK and offered open views on the hottest topics of the day”, Clouud9 Management said.
“Sic once said Ann... we try this side of eternity once. Life is not a general test, you take advantage of the opportunities you like and try, that's my philosophy. ”
