Two months before the final verdict, Special Court says its judges are impartial

In a published video, the spokeswoman for this court says The Hague judges are selected to an independent panel to ensure that they are professional and independent.

The independence and impartiality of the Judges are provided in procedures before the DHSK. All candidates are praised by an Independent Selector Panel to ensure the selection of highly professional and independent Judges that meet the standards of impartiality and integrity set by Law”, it says in video.
