The double murder in Kolovica, the deceased's sister-in-law shows what happened at night critical in front of their home and who he saw shooting at.

The U.G., the victim's sister-in-law Mr.G., testified that on the critical night he happened to be in the car with the victim, where he saw everything that happened from the gun shooting that led to Mr.G.'s death. On the other hand, the sister of the accused Naim and Ahmet Berisha, S.B., said that in the case of her brothers being accused, she understood from the media.

In this case, Ahmet Berisha's Naim, Lum Halimaj and Kaltrim Gashi, reports “Justice Vow”, broadcast Periscope.

Initially, the U.S. witness was heard, which declared that on the day of the critical event, she had seen a bald person shooting.

Similarly, the witness declared that on March 26, 2024, she had been in the car, returning home with her husband, Q.G., her brother-in-law R.G., brother-in-law-in-law- now deceased Mr.G., and their son-in-law E.M.'s daughter-in-law, when they encountered a white car stopped in front of their home.

The Witness U.G. explained that after the car had freed them, at that moment another car of the type “Jeep” black, where the shooting had begun and that it was now hit by the late Mr.G.

From the white car that was parked on the left side near our house, on the tenatese, there were two people. One of them was out of the car, and as soon as I saw him, he was bald, the other was in the car, I couldn't identify myself well”, said the S.G. witness.

According to her, the person outside the car was hiding behind a concrete pole, at a distance of about 2 to 3m from the damaged car, as well as the same one he saw firing.

Also, U.S.G. said he saw shots fired from a black car.

At the afternoon session, however, the witness S.B. was heard, the sister of the accused Ahmet and Naim Berisha, who claimed to have understood through the media that her brothers were involved in the event.

Next, the S.B. witness said neither of her two brothers had told her who shot them.

Furthermore, the witness stated that she could not remember what course the accused Ahmet and Naim Berisha had had when they left home in the evening.

Meanwhile, defendant Ahmet Berisha's defender, lawyer Hivzi Bajraktari, put the court on charges that, due to his defense's serious state of health, he would stop his detention measure and another measure is appointed as home arrest, and the bail measure for his presence in court is imposed.

Also, the defender of accused Halimaj, lawyer Fanol Krasniqi, proposed that the detention measure be replaced with the house arrest measure.

These proposals were rejected by the prosecutor of the case, the Union Zeqaj, with the reasoning that in concrete cases conditions have been met for indictees to continue the detention measure.

Following proposals by lawyer Bajraktari and Krasniqi, and after assuming the opinion of Prosecutor Zeqaj, the head of the trial's shame, Allten Murseli rejected these proposals.

The trial is being held in absentia against indictees Naim Berisha and Kaltrim Gashi, as the same are on the run.

On September 20th, “The Justice Vow” has published the indictment of the Pristina Constitutional Pristina Pristina Pristina Pristina Prosecutor's Pristina Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, the River Halimajt and Kaltrim Gashi for the double murder of 2024 in Kolovic in Pristina, where the victim E.H. and Mr.G.

According to the indictment, the armed parties clashed for revenge motives linked to the narcotics trade, causing other serious injuries. The defendants are charged with criminal acts “grave murder” in co-ordination, as well as “unauthorized possession of weapons”. Naim Berisha and Kaltrim Gashi are still on the run. /Periscope/
