Trump: U.S. will hit Iran very hard today

U.S. President Donald Trump has declared that the US “will attack very severely” Iran, significantly increasing tensions between the two countries.
During a proposal at the Oval Office, Trump was asked by reporters for his previous statement that Iran “will have to pay the” price.
In response, he said that the United States would take military action.
We will attack them, we will attack hard”, said 79-year-old, reports Skynews.
Asked if this meant restarting the bombings, he added that “yes, based on the helicopter, I think we have the right to do this”.
We hit them hard yesterday and we'll hit them hard today in case you lost it, in case you didn't turn on TV” Trump said.
He also recalled that he had earlier said it would be “received” to announce the attacks before they were carried out.
Speaking of the negotiations, the US president said Iran must sign a new agreement, stressing that it would eventually stop developing nuclear weapons.
We need to sign the agreement. It is a good deal”, he said, adding that it envisions Iran never having nuclear weapons.
“I don't know what” is doing, the American president added, leaving questions on Tehran's position in the current talks open.
The statements come after allegations brought by Trump that Iran has used a fear to oust a Boeing military helicopter AH-64 Apache off the coast of Oman.
The reported event has increased tensions in an already fragile situation in the region, while Iranian authorities have not yet confirmed the version presented by Washington.
Developments are expected to further influence the ceasefire, reached weeks ago between the US and Iran, and the security situation in the Middle East.
