Chocolate: If VV gets 65% of diaspora votes, it can form government

The performance of the vote counting process was discussed today in the DPS show at Fidan in Klan Kosova, with Eugen Calcoll, the researcher for Democracy in Action.
Commenting on the preliminary outcome and diaspora votes expected to be counted, Cakoli said the Vetevendosje Movement would need 65% of the diaspora vote to propose the chief parliament and form the government.
“If the February percentage should repeat with the current number of alleged voters who have voted abroad, then Vetevendosje Movement will have 50 secure deputies and will be the question of dozens of votes that will win the 51st deputy. Under the vote abroad has never been below 55%”, Cakoli said in Klan Kosova.
Now if it goes with the February scenario, then it's 43.8 or 44%. If you take 70%, then it could go up to 46.7 to 47%. With 53 MPs, yes, as there would be nine deputies from the communities' ranks. In fact, if the LDK does not perform well, it could achieve this even with the remaining 65 % of the diaspora vote and would win 52 MPs, but would have the government with only 61 deputies”, he stressed.
