He has been identified by authorities as the main suspect in the murder of Gazmend Tayrovci, the imam of Dragas' Zlipotok village.
The suspect is a collaborator with the imam Tahirovci, according to Kosovo Police spokesman for the Prizren region, Sacir Bytyqi.
Bytyqi said Hamza is suspected of criminally committing serious murder.
Several people were involved in last night's conflict in the village of Zlipotok, according to the 24-hour police report.
The victim, 47-year-old imami, died after injuries suffered from a sharp tool. His death was found by the steward doctor at the Family Clinical Center in Dragash, where imam was sent for medical treatment.
