British podologian Marion Yau says that one of the most frequent reasons for leg pain in the early hours of the morning is the planary fasciitis, also known as the planner's fasciopathy.

This condition affects the planary fascian, a strong belt of connective tissue that extends to the feet from the heel to the toes. When this tissue is overloaded or begins to suffer, the pain occurs, usually in the heel area.

What causes this problem?

Experts say the planner fasciitis may be caused by:

Unexpected growth of physical activity;

Standing for long hours on foot;

Direct foot injury;

Use of shoes without sufficient support;

The slopes that run too far from within in walking;

The puncture muscles of the pulpa, which increase pressure on the plotner's beans.

How can you tell?

The most characteristic sign is the pain that feels the hardest during the first steps in the morning or after a long period of time. Usually, it begins to soften after several minutes of walking.
