(23 days ago)The North Mitrovica municipality announced today the establishment of new billboards, declaring that this activity, as they describe it, was neither warned nor co-ordinated with the legitimate and legitimate representatives of this local self-government.

“We especially stress that imposing the will of the central institutions on issues for which there is no local consensus and clear legitimacy is acting contrary to the principles of local self-government, democratic decisionmaking and respect of the will of citizens”, they declared.
