(21 days ago)A person has been arrested by Kosovo Police, in co-ordination with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, following investigations into allegations of abuse and fraud in a procurement activity for supplies with Kosovo Police equipment.
According to the prosecution's announcement, the suspect, with the initial N. R, charged with criminal acts of abuse and fraud in public procurement, as well as for counterfeiting documents. The arrest was carried out by order of the prosecutor, and the suspect has been detained for 48 hours.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has stressed that she remains committed to fighting crime and corruption, taking all investigative actions necessary in accordance with the law.
