Shawn Keeley, 32, became a millionaire overnight in 2020 after winning 1 million pounds (about 1.1m euros) from a lottery scratch card.
Former Eurospar market manager in Dungiven, in the Derry district of Northern Ireland, had bought the winner ticket “50M Mega Cash Showdown” at McNiccholl's Eurospar in Dungiven, writes Daily Star, broadcast Periscope.
According to reports, Shawn had recently lived in the Philippines, while news of his sudden death has shocked family and friends who have shared touching messages on social networks.
