(2 months ago)A Turkish national has been banned by the Regional Antiterrorism Unit in Tirana, which was internationally wanted for attempting to undermine constitutional order and participate in armed terrorist organisations.
Turkish citizens banned during attempt to enter Republic of Albania through PKK Rinas.
According to the police report, the fugitive is I.K., 67-year-old,
The ban on this citizen was carried out in carrying out the prosecutor's order, issued on the date 08.08.2017, in the application of the Judiciary District Court's decision, Tirana, to assign the security measure “Arrest to prison”, with the goal of extradition, to citizen I. K., for criminal acts “Attempted to bring down constitutional order” and “Membership in armed terrorist organisation”, provided by Turkish criminal legislation.
The procedural materials referred to the Prosecutorship at the Court of First Court of General Juriscitation Tirana for further actions, in the post of procedure for the extradition of this citizen.
