(2 hours ago)General Director of the Milkys “Vita”, Artan Spahija, has held the press conference a day after an inspection action took place in the factory, clarifying the circumstances leading to the temporary suspension of production.
Milky Director “Vita”, Artan Spahija, said today that the milkshake, which on Thursday decided on the suspension of work after an inspection by the Food and Veterinary Agency, is ready to resume work as of today.
But in order to get the milkshake back to work and collect milk from farmers, Spahija asked the Agriculture Ministry to publish the results of the milk samples “Vita”.
I wanted to inform you that the decision to suspend the work has not been made by the ministry. That's what we got as a board. The reason for that is that Vita's milk samples were taken with the claim of analysis. We have told you and appeal to [the Ministry] that as soon as they can publish the analysis, and we are ready from today, or tomorrow we can start collecting milk”, Spahija said.
“Since 17 to 18 April, they have results but they are not willing to go public, they have results yesterday and beg for them to make them public and come up with concrete results, because we are convinced that Vita is 100% milk Kosovo, it has no other component”, he said.
