Supreme Court rejects Serbian List complaint against PZAP decision

The Supreme Court has decided to reject the political subject's complaint “Serbian List”, submitted against the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Parashtres.
According to the announcement at the session, held in 22.05.26, the complaint of the political subject “Serbian List” has been rejected as unfounded, while the decision of PZAP has been proven.
“PZAP, with the decision ZP.A.5/2026 of the 1805.26th, had rejected as unequivocal the political subject's complaint “SerbianList”, submitted against the Central Election Commission's decision to (KQZ), regarding the Certificate of ten (10) candidates of the political subject <x4Za Slobodu Praddu of Opstanak<5>, for the Kosovo Republic Election, to be held on June 07th (4)6th).
Against PZAP's decision, the political subject “Serbian List” has filed complaints at the Supreme Court, claiming violations of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, violations of the Law's provisions for the General Elections, and mistaken confirmation of the actual situation. The complainer has proposed cancelling the PZAP decision and the CEC's decision, as well as forcing the CEC to issue a new decision.
After reviewing complaints, responding to complaints and subject papers, the Supreme Court of Kosovo found that the complaint is unfounded.
The Supreme Court estimated that the complainer has not provided concrete, reliable and convincing evidence to support claims that the CEC's certified candidates do not belong to the Serb community. / Periscope/
