Emisari Sorensen in Dubrovnik: Ohrid agreement valid international commitment without signing

Danezi Peter Sorensen during a discussion at the Dubrovnik Forum has talked about the Ohrid Agreement, which he has called international commitment to the parties even though it is not signed.
Asked by journalist Michael Martens, who has moderated the discussion on which Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca spoke about her, Sorensen has said he has consulted the lawyers in both Brussels and New York.
The deal is valid. The DEN jurisdiction is clear, it doesn't have to sign for an international agreement. This issue can be put into question or questioned when there are two sides in the dialogue, but the dialogue has three parties in the room, we've been there when it was done, we've welcomed it, the EU Council conclusions repeatedly have this” agreement stressed.
I've checked the status of the agreement myself, and so far we have 19 agreements between the parties, and I've consulted the lawyers, not only in our orbit in Brussels but also the lawyers in New York, it's clear that the Ohrid Agreement is an international commitment. It's not a text Treaty, there's often confusion here, but an international commitment. We as the EU have welcomed it, so it is clear that we consider so much of the international commitment that should be respected”, he has said.
