Super-expertosis to trial for 180kg of cocaine

At Monday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Judge Lutfi Shala has approved the prosecutor's proposal, Kastriot Mema, to become the complement of super-expertitis in the case where the Kolshi Union is being charged with transporting 180kg of cocaine and delivering money.
To this decision came after the prosecutor announced that from German authorities, he accepted the required financial data through international judicial co-operation.

While the defender of the accused Kolshi, lawyer Kujtim Krvenshi, said it is distressing that the prosecution has taken action to provide new evidence without the court's permission. He also said the request to issue new evidence on the prosecution's part during the trial is prohibited by the Penal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
While financial experts who were present in the courtroom, Besnik Livoreka and Arben Avdyli said that depending on the volume of the material, it can take a period of three weeks to become the complement of super-expertitis.
Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo on May 3rd, 2023, has filed charges against the Union of Kolshi, which he accuses of transporting cocaine-type narcotics and money laundering.
