“Spectacular talk of state reserves between Roseta Hajdari, Ridvan Muharrem and MINT officials

According to secured documents and conversations, a classified file as state secret was not treated through official procedures and secure communication channels, but on the Whatsapp platform.

Conversations, held between March and June 2022, reveal the active role of Ridvan Muharrem in organising and co-ordinating supplies for state reserves. Muharrem, known as close businessman with power and Prime Minister Albin Kurti, according to communications, was not just a peripheral mediator, but a key person in the entire process.

In the private group, including Roseta Hajdari, Irfan Lipovica, Hafiz Gara and Conservation Daj, topics related to wheat security, transportation, storage and contact with economic operators were discussed.

Part of the communications indicate that Muharrem had also provided space for the storage of the grain of state reserves.

The location of state reserves is considered sensitive information and is protected by law, despite formal rankings as a state secret.

Communications also reveal that former Minister Hajdari did not have full knowledge of companies contracting for wheat supplies.

After reporting that the Turkish company was involved in tourism and construction, Hajdari wants additional clarifications for the origin of wheat and supply company in Ukraine.

According to the Special Prosecutor's File, out of the 10 thousand tonnes of grain ordered, a portion had never arrived, though the payments were carried out by the ministry. Also, the oil and sugar ordered in Poland had not given up.

In another communication in the private group, MINT Secretary Irfan Lipovica asks Muharrem if the oil would reach tomorrow.

Muharrem answers that the goods had left late because of documentation and transitation through Serbia.

Serbia's involvement in the transfer of goods to state reserves is directly cited in communications, raising additional questions about the way the supplies are organised and the safety of the process.

For the vicinity of the State Reserves, Roseta Hajdari, Ridvan Muharremi and MINT two officials are facing charges by the Special Prosecutor for misuse of official office and discovery of official secrecy.

According to the indictment, the damage caused by the state budget amounts to about threem euros.
