For severe bodily injury, Cobra and the other two are sentenced only to 5 thousand euros in fines by the Prizren Court

The Constitutional Court in Prizren, at the April 7th session, has taken the sentence against them by imposing a six-month prison sentence, which has been replaced by fines at the request of defence lawyers.

Punishment against them results in being below the minimum prescribed by law.

Based on the tribunal's response, it turns out that the sentence is based on Article 186 of the Kosovo Criminal Code, paragraph 3, subparography 3.1, which envisions prison sentences of between 1 and eight years.

“APROVOWED the request of the defenders of accused Dibran Hoxhaj av. Avni Berisha, Arlind Dajaj av. Driton Shehu and Mirsad Hajredini av. Klodian Krasniqi, in the sense of Article 44 of KPRK, who has been sentenced to prison with a sentence of GJOB, so that the Court, the six-month-long prison sentence for anyone charged separately, has replaced with DYIM GJOB in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) euros, for each accused separately, which fines will be paid in 15 days after the failure of the verdict”, says the court's response to Justice <2> to 313th> Periscope.

But since the same have remained in custody from June 19th 2018 to July 23, 2018, then they will pay out 4,260 euros.

In the indictment brought against them by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, Hoxha, Dajaj and Hajredini reportedly had inflicted serious bodily injuries on the injured Hulus Bandallaj on June 15th.

Bandallaj reportedly, after the dispute with the suspects, had gone to present the case at the police station and, returning, the same had stopped.

The same had been caused by brain shocks and seven body wounds from the use of strong means.
