Scandalous, Dimal Basha throws Kosovo Declaration of Independence behind the province

Former Vetevendosje President Adelina Grainca today has published a photo showing that she has gone to the office to the incumbent Minister of Infrastructure, Dimal Basha.
Grainza has named the atmosphere very friendly as they have talked, as she has said, about projects, challenges and development opportunities.
But in the photo of the meeting, which has been held in the ministry's office, it is noted that Basha has left the Kosovo Declaration of Independence behind.
Kosovo's Declaration of Independence is usually seen hanging through the walls of institutions, but the same opinion is not Basha who has decided to hide it somewhere behind the office's waxer.
This is another scandalous moment in Basha that months ago it was found that in a 2012 scientific research, the Kosovo Liberation Army had written that the Kosovo Liberation Army was the underground militia linked to criminal gangs and drugs. This research had also quoted the infamous Dick Marty.
For his US academic establishment, Basha had written mourning and darkness about KLA along with Jana Arsovska, professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
Two in the research with the heading: Globalization of the Western Balkans: Transnational crime, Fondemimental Islam and the Indirect Alliance, had written how the Kosovo Liberation Army was the underground militia, linked to criminal and drug gangs.
Writing about the breakup of Yugoslavia, Basha Arsovska had written how in the early 1990s, the Albanian leadership in Kosovo had established parallel institutions in health and education.
The process of radicalising Kosovo Albanians was followed after 1995. The Balkans also experienced the establishment of the underground militia known as the Kosovo Liberation Army. After the KLA was established, Kosovo Albanians began armed rebellion against Serbian authorities (1998-1999)”, the authors wrote in the first chapter “The breakup of Yugoslavia”.
In chapter “The establishment of Transanational Crime” under the mestolin “Dysporat and criminal-political ties”, Basha, who 13 years later at the end of 2025, with the votes of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the party coming out of the KLA, denounced how the KLA during its establishment had collaborated with Albanian criminals both inside and outside Kosovo.
“Recruiting former prisoners and patriotic thugs”
Recruiting former prisoners, patriotic thugs and career criminals in fighting against enemies of the state was common during Yugoslav wars”, Basha wrote in this research.
In order for the KLA to arm itself, a large amount of money was needed. The KLA was not officially supported by any state and should depend on alternative sources. According to researched cases, funds for The KLA came from ordinary Albanians in diaspora, but also from drug traffickers operating across Western Europe and the US. This support was not limited to money, but drug traffickers also sent armed men to fight side by side The NLA and they were buying weapons in her name” were further said in this scandalous research of Basha.
For links between the KLA and organised crime, it is difficult to determine quantitatively, there are court cases in Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Czech Republic that suggest links between drug traffickers and KLA”, the “auditing” and now chief parliament.
“Plumbs at the door as threatening form”
Basha in his research, citing interviews by Belgian police officers, had written that in Belgium, the chief of the Albanian “Mafia” The VH, it had left bullets at the doors of houses from the Albanian diaspora to commemorate the “volunteerial tax “that had to pay to support the shadow government and the KLA were actually not volunteering. The KLA's survival depended on the financing provided by patriotic bandits operating beyond”, he wrote.
Along with this research involves Xhavit Halit and organized crime.
X0> Xavit Haliti was chief of logistics for the KLA. He ran the Landplace Curret Fund, and when the funds were exhausted, “returned to organised crime”, said Basha's scandalous research.
