Forty-two properties raised in Prizren worth about 3m euros, three persons being investigated

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren reports the court's ordinance for freezing 42 properties worth about 3m euros has been secured.
According to the prosecution, the case concerns “falsification of documents”, “Legalisation of false content” and “Defee”, reports “Justice Vow“.
Following the final halting order, it is expected that with the completion of the criminal procedure the property in question return to the injured.
In an ongoing investigative process, the Constitutional Prosecution in Prizren is addressing a case related to the criminal acts of counterfeiting documents, legalising false content and fraud, with wealthful intent and preventing property return to the rightful owner. The founding prosecutor in Prizren has managed to secure the Final Ban order for all property of the injured, enabling the freeze of 42 properties worth a total of about 3m euros. These properties are expected, after completing the criminal procedure, to return to the injured”, the announcement said.
It becomes known that under the investigation, the prosecution is conducting criminal procedure against three physical persons, two of whom are treated under security measures for the presence of defendants in the procedure.
