Kllokoti's chairman and doctor Ademi are acquitted of false lettering by KKUK

The doctor Ademi was charged with counterfeiting a document (talking) at the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (QKUK), for Dejanovic to use as a rationale for missing a session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina. According to the indictment, Ademi compiled the paper and placed in it incorrect information as Dejanovic has remained in the hospital bed regime from August 28th to August 30th 2021, reports the “Justice bet”.

The trial was proclaimed on Tuesday by the trial panel led by Judge Beftman Beqiri and members of the Shyti and Donika Shala-Abdyli.

The costs of procedure fall to the burden of the Court.

The two accused were present at the announcement.

According to the Special Prosecutor's Act, on August 30th, 2021 at the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (QKUK), Bekim Ademi, in the doctor's quality at the Cardiovascular Clinic, deliberately forges the official document-the release of August 30th 2021, in order to assist defendants Bozidar Dejanovic -- chairman of the Klokot municipality, to postpone the August 31st 2021 trial session.

Always according to the indictment, Ademi and Dejanovic agree to the phone, where on August 28th 2021, Ademi in the quality of the clinic's custody admits him to Hospital Dejanovin as if for medical examination, placing him in the bed regime, but on the same day as defendant Dejanovovic after being registered in the department leaves the hospital, while Ademi compiled the official paper paper and in post-executing data, Dejanovic has been staying in the bedbath regime at Hospital from August 28th to August 3021.

This statement, Ademi reportedly gives it to accused Dejanovic, and then he hands it over to the lawyer, and ultimately the lawyer hands it over to the court, demanding postponement of the hearing. The lawyer's proposal was approved, postponing sessions for the next date.

Thus, Adami was charged with criminal action “Forging the official document” by Article 427, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code.

At the second point of the indictment, Dejanovic said on August 30th 2021 at the Constitutional Court in Pristina -- the Special Department -- in quality of the defendants puts the chairman of the panel in doubt, using the forged document in order to justify his absence at the session and postpone the session.

Dejanovic was charged that on August 30th, 2021, he goes to CKUK and receives the paper with forged data concerning signing and content, claiming to be lying in Hospital from August 28th 2021 to August 30th 2021, and the same document is handed to the lawyer, where the lawyer was then forwarded to the court at the August 31st 2021 session, arguing the absence of the accused had health problems.

In that, Dejanovic for these actions was charged with criminal work “Legalisation of false content” by Article 395, paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
