(an hour ago)The Judicial Chamber has set the date for the pronunciation of the Act on Court, Specialised Prosecutor Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, for 16 September at 10:00, reportedly in the announcement published by the Special Court.

The successive delays, disguised in response to volume and complexity, confirm what we've already highlighted: this process is simply in the service of Serbia's policy and its allies, in order to bring it down to the dock of the accused Liberation War, as it houses the genocide machine of the fascist Serbian state, saving it from accountability.
No judicial calendar rewrites the foundation of Kosovo's freedom -- the fair fight for survival. The mission, which once had EULEX, is faithfully continuing The Hague, while the approach of several international districts -- often declared a Kosovo partner -- has created continuing barriers to the values of the Liberation War and hampered the full development of our country.
This situation can no longer be tolerated.
