(a month ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has requested from the Constitutional Court in Prizren the appointment of a 30-day detention measure against two suspects, bank workers, U.Z. and K.K., who are under 48-hour ban, under suspicion of co-ordination of criminal work “Keqqquising of official position or authority”.
According to the prosecution, the suspects, in the quality of official banking persons, allegedly exceeded their official authorisations with the aim of illegal profit, causing financial damage to the citizen R.L. From Prizren.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the U.Z., in the quality of the bank manager, after approval of a loan, has not announced the injured and has released financial means worth 24 thousand euros from its account without its knowledge.
Meanwhile, K.K., as credit analyst, has allegedly executed the transfer of means to the two businesses' accounts, up from 12,000 euros each.
According to the prosecution's body, by these actions the suspects have charged the injured with a nuclear loan worth of 25 thousand euros, as well as with the final procedure, causing material damage in the same amount.
Under the investigation, the Prosecutor's Office says raids have been carried out at the suspect's home and escort facilities, where material and digital evidence considered important for the investigative procedure are seized.
