(a month ago)Iran says some progress has been achieved in talks with the US, but a “agreement is not near”.
Foreign ministry spokesman Esmail Bacari's comments came after US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, said an agreement could be reached Monday, writes BBC, broadcast Periscope.
