Iran Says Agreement With US Not Close

Iran says some progress has been achieved in talks with the US, but a “agreement is not near”.
Foreign ministry spokesman Esmail Bacari's comments came after US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, said an agreement could be reached Monday, writes BBC, broadcast Periscope.
It is correct to say that we have reached a conclusion to a large part of the issues under discussion”, Bacai said in Tehran on Monday. However, to say that this means signing an agreement is imminent.
The memorandum of understanding reportedly includes a 60-day extension of the ceasefire, the reopening of Hormuz Strait and a plan for further negotiations on Iran's nuclear programme. /Periscope/
