(a month ago)Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has congratulated Europe's Day, emphasising that the Euro-Atlantic route remains Kosovo's only strategic orientation.
Through a Facebook post, Haradinaj has stressed the need for the European Union to pave the way for the recognition of Kosovo by the five member states that have not yet recognised its independence.
He has also called for support for Kosovo's membership in the Council of Europe and progress towards gaining membership candidate status in the European Union.
Our Euro-Atlantic path is the only way and we remain loyal to this vision, always in defense of the interests of Kosovo”, Haradinaj wrote.
At the end of his message, he has congratulated citizens on the Day of Europe.
