Three dead after the volcano blast on Indonesian island (VIDEO)

Three walking people on Mount Dudono, Indonesia, have died after the volcano erupted Friday morning.
Videos and photographs of the explosion show the volcano, located on the Northern Maluk Island, hurling a column of ash that extends ten miles [10 km] into the sky.
The three victims were part of a group of 20 Syrians and Indonesians who were walking on the mountain despite restrictions. The rest of the group was eventually found by rescue teams and evacuated from the mountain, reports the BBC, broadcast Clankosova.tv.
The volcano has erupted more than 200 times since last March. Officials had earlier issued warnings against climbing the mountain due to security concerns.
Indonesian officials said two synpolias and a local resident from the nearby town of Ternate had died.
Rescue teams eventually found the rest of their walking group. Most were safely evacuated from the mountain and sent to a hospital to address their injuries.
Two members of the group, who are dirty, stayed in the mountains to help rescue workers find the bodies. /Periscope
