270 witnesses, 5 grand and 500 evidence, about 30,000 pages transcript: How did judges reason on the postponement of the verdict in The Hague?

Specialised chamber judges, in the case of KLA leaders, called for additional deadlines for the decision.
From May 19th, the decision is expected to be made as far as 20 July. That's if there's no further demand for postponement.
According to the Special Document, judges have questioned this with the large number of materials.
They have mentioned 270 witnesses, about 5 thousand and 500 pages of evidence, and some 30,000 pages of transcript.
“Panel notes that during the course of the procedures, he received testimony from approximately 270 witnesses (with his mouth and in writing) and accepted 5,497 material evidence as evidence. 3 Transcreatic of these procedures is 29,238 pages long”, Says in decision, reports Nationale, tranesmeton Periscope.
Under the judges' decision, the charges are on several suspected locations, and require time to verify all evidence.
“Panel further notes the complexity of procedures on this issue. In particular, the facts of the case cover more than a year and a half and include numerous suspected crime sites. Therefore, to ensure that he can undertake a full and fair assessment of the provative data and to offer an justified opinion that takes into account the considerable volume of evidence and complexity of procedures, the panel finds that the circumstances of the issue require additional time, respectively, 60 days, for the proclamation of Action”, It's a decision.
However, judges have acknowledged that the accused have the right to a quick-time decision, and have even spent much time in custody.
“Panelli acknowledges that, in line with Article 21'4), the accused have the right to be tried within a reasonable time. The panel is aware of the time the accused have already spent in custody and of the need to ensure that procedures continue as soon as possible”, It says further.
“However, in light of the circumstances of the issue, the panel is convinced that a 60-day extension will not harm the accused. The duration is justified by the need to ensure a fair, comprehensive, and rational assessment of the provative data and by the request for a written rational thought that accurately reflects the given”, It's a decision.
Judges have stressed that they can demand additional deadlines, if absolutely necessary.
This is interpreted as a political decision in Kosovo, due to elections.
