Xhelal Svecla appears in court for tear gas case

The court has taken a decision to separate the criminal procedure against incumbent Minister of Internal Affairs Jalal Svecla from that of other defendants in the case of tear gas drop in the Kosovo Assembly in March 2018.

Today, Judge Sabit Sadiku said victorious defendants Pacolli Dalip and Salih Zyba have announced the Court of their failure to host the tribunal, while for defendant Drita Milaku the judge said there is no evidence that the same has accepted the invitation.

Judge Sadikuj announced that the three defendants will be invited and ordered for forced conduct. /time.net/
