Workman's death in the workplace, forbidden for 48-hour one person

The Prosecution's spokeswoman at Ferizaj, Vjosa Battiu, has told Tvjet1 that by the prosecutor's decision one person has been detained for 48 hours.

“With the State Attorney's decision a suspected 48-hour-long person has been detained because of suspicion of criminal activity “Distraction, damage or removal of protective equipment and risk of workplace security” by Article 358 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The State Attorney, has instructed the Police and the Labour Inspectorate, to take the necessary investigative actions in order to clarify that all random circumstances in question”, she said.
