On the other hand, on the 1404.2026, chief executive chief is said to have made his decision by no. prot. 3167 for the temporary dismissal of employee Mr. M. L.L., employed in the Business Unit “Minings with the Kishnica Fleet and Artan”.
“This decision was issued on the basis of no encryption. prot. 557, on the 1404.26th, submitted by the Director of Production in the relevant entity, under which the same one allegedly committed illegal actions. Concretically, the same is suspected to have cut off the electric power of the ventilator, which is for ventilation in the mine, making it dysfunctional by deliberate”.
