Fires in Albania, from 22 June, 160 sites have been registered nationwide

Fires in Albania have already burned tens of hectares, but according to the National Civil Protection Agency the situation is under control.
From the collection of the Technical Commission, Civil Emergency Chief Haki Chako confirmed that 160 sites across the country have been registered from June 22nd to today, reports A2Con, Transmitt Periscope.
Until today, 160 fires have been recorded and recorded, out of which 127 cases of vegetation, bush, thorns, forests and urban waste and 33 cases have been urban fires”.
In past years, fires have been deliberate, whether in the burning of refuse or in the pastures.
Claiming that funds for strengthening capacities are limited, Hakki Cako requested citizens' assistance.
This contribution of all our structures and capacities is invalid without a co-operation, without a response, but also an early warning from the entire community”.
Fire protection has long been promised to purchase fire aircraft, but even this year it does not appear they will be on alert.
Some 56 thousand hectares of forest and pasture were burned in Albania last year. /Periscope/
