Following the US-Iran dispute in Islamabad, US President Donald Trump has reacted through a publication on the Social Truth platform, where he cites the possibility of placing a naval blockade on Iran if Tehran does not accept US demands.
The article, entitled “Trump's card if Iran does not withdraw: A naval blockade” was published by pro-Trump media, Just the News, and argues that such a move could seriously harm the Iranian economy while putting pressure on countries such as China and India, which are among the leading buyers of Iranian oil.
According to the publication, a possible blockade measure would be based on a previous strategy of sanctions and restrictions aimed at increasing negotiating pressure on Tehran.
