The Student Parliament of the University of “Haxhi Zeka” in Pec has called for the organisation of a peaceful protest on April 10, 2026, at the City Square, inviting citizens, students and all civil society to join the responses against, reportedly, the spread of hate language and the deformity of Kosovo's history.
This call notes that these phenomena affect collective memory and insult the sacrifice of the people, while organisers require civic mobilization to defend the truth, dignity and values upon which the state is built.

Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, students, professors, young people and all of you who believe in the truth, the dignity and history of the Republic of Kosovo.
In recent days, we have faced disturbing cases of spreading hate speech and deforming the history of the Republic of Kosovo. These actions are unacceptable because they violate our collective memory, insult the sacrifice of our people and undermine the values upon which our state is built.
We can't keep quiet.
We cannot allow hatred to take place in our society.
We cannot accept Kosovo's history to be distorted.
Therefore, the Student Parliament of the University “Huji Zeka” in Pec appeals to all citizens, students, professors, families, activists and every conscientious person to join:

Let us go out together, quietly, with dignity and civic determination, to defend the truth, to oppose the hate language and to react to any attempt at deforming the history of the Republic of Kosovo.
This is a civic call.
This is a call for conscience.
This is a call not to be silent.
