According to the official announcement, the first case took place on March 5, 2026, about 2: 00 a.m., in the square of Adem Jashar in Mitrovica. The defendant allegedly, during a public activity organised for Iftar in the month of Ramadan, has taken action aimed at inciting hatred and patience, violating public order. Concretically, he allegedly damaged Turkey's national flag by using a sharp tool and publicly expressing insults to this symbol.
At the second point of the indictment, The SPRK suggests that the defendant, in an indefinite period of time until March 12th, 2026, has possessed weapons and ammunition without permission, contrary to the law in power.
