SPAK requires about 125 years in prison for 12 defendants in the “Revanshi” file

Investigations based on communications broken up by the encrypted SCY app The ECC, has led to the raising of charges for “ensuring the execution of”, “structured criminal group”, and other serious criminal acts. The case has been dealt with by short trial.

In the announced claim, SPAK has requested:

Astrit Avdyli 15 years in prison, with short trial cut down to 10 years

Emiliano Shullazi, 15 years in prison, with his trial cut down to 10 years

Naim Stafuka 9 years in prison, down to 6 years

Brian Abazi 10 years in prison goes down to 6.8 years.

Besian Xyja 10 years in prison is down to 6.8 years.

Enver Diva 10 years in prison is down to 6.8 years.

Robert Laci 10 years in prison goes down to 6.8 years.

Trug Cucali 10.6 years in prison is down to 7 years.

Victor Imeraj 10 years in prison, down to 6.8 years.

Satilno Baso 10 years in prison is down to 6.8 years.

Miriam Bruley, nine years in prison, down to six years.

Jelal Rhaja 9 years in prison, down to 6 years

“Revanshi” is the file of a broad investigation into several criminal groups operating in different cities in the country. According to the file, these groups are accused of involvement in attempted murder, ordered assassinations, drug trafficking and weapons, as well as the creation of organised criminal structures.

Investigations have also revealed internal clashes among groups, which in some cases have led to assassinations and violent counteractions.

Names known for Albanian justice have also been mentioned in this file, while the process of various factions is followed by the Special Court.
