Lushtaku has said that drugs and other abuses have been found in them indefinitely.
“These two AMFs can be returned to function only when they are fully integrated into the health system of the Republic of Kosovo and apply without any compromise the constitution and the laws of Kosovo because only in this form is the life and health of non-discreet citizens protected!”, Sami Lushtaku wrote.

After accepting their information and verification, I have issued a warrant for closing the two Family Medicine ambulances in two settlements with the Serb non-Serb community in Banja and Syrigana, which had begun to operate illegally under the management of Serb parallel structures, outside the constitutional and legal order of the Republic of Kosovo.
What we have found is unacceptable: low - profile and over-term drugs, the use of stamps and prescriptions without medical presence, and many other offenses that conflict with health laws and protocols. This, in addition to legal offense, poses a direct threat to the lives and health of citizens.
We will not allow anyone to risk the lives and health of citizens by operating outside the system and laws of the Republic of Kosovo. We have taken all necessary legal action and have also announced relevant authorities including the Kosovo Agency for Products and Medical Equipment.
These two AMFs can only become operational when they are fully integrated into the health system of the Republic of Kosovo and apply without any compromise the constitution and the laws of Kosovo, because only in this form is the life and health of citizens protected indiscriminately!
