President Trump's military insistence weakened Iran as a regional destabilising power. The war is not over.
Our Kosovo should have strategic and institutional clarity in these heavy international circumstances. What we see inside us for a time already relatively long is exactly what was not to be seen.
In any security manual, institutional stability of the state is basic.
