He was sentenced to 6 years in prison to Altin Chock, Tick-Toxer of Kamza, who pushed suicide in 2024 to a woman he had and a 2-year-old child.
The ruling was handed down a few days ago by a body of the Tirana court, which after analyzing the court file decided to plead guilty and sentence Altin Cook to six years in prison.
The latter was accused by the Tirana prosecution of two criminal acts such as “Suicide trigger” and “Persecution”. It is learned that on two counts, the prosecutor of the Drini Pauli case asked the court for a nine-year prison sentence of Altin Cook.
But at the end of the trial, the court decided to drop the charge of “Persecution” and plead guilty to six years in prison of Altin Cook. During the file investigation and trial, it proved that through publishing an intimate photo on the social app “Tick-Tok”, Altin Cook, has caused anxiety, depression by bringing the mother of a minor child to suicide.
After listing private photos in “Tick-Tok”, victim Sibela Abedini was thrown from the No.4 floor of a palace in Bathora-Kavez, finding immediate death.
According to the investigative file Sübela Abbedini, there had been an intimate report with convict Altin Cook. This intimate report was exploited by defendants to take several photos by phone and then posted on the social network “Tick-Tok”
The moment I felt Sibela Abedini, she saw her intimate picture, (which was kept on the defendant's cell phone) thrown into the social network “
This situation has caused a constant, serious state of anxiety or fear in the victim, which has forced the mother of 1 year old to take an extreme step, ending her life.
The victim, Sibela Abednego, had been divorced by her Kosovo co-existenceer, with whom she had a minor daughter of 2 years. During this time she went to the home of Eric Cook, who served with cleaning the house and ironing clothes.
During this time she had an intimate contact with Altin Cook, who used her to publish and denigrate the social network “Tick-Tok”, Cybela Abednego.
One of the last messages Sibela Abednego sent to the defendant Altin Cook was the following:
“ ...by God, I swear to God to destroy you as a man for that night with anxiety and stress from this fine, half a man. What's the matter? I've been taking medication with that picture of shit for a while. Now I started again. I see by God, it's written about leaving the orphan child to death, but we're not lying. But it's decided, for a picture of the orphan child leaving me...”
Following this message on February 10, 2024, around 10:30, police have reported that they were at the R. “7, Bathor, has fallen from the height of a 4-floor object, Cybela Abednego.
The mother of a child, she was riding the No.4 floor of the building and she's turned herself in. Police and random passersby have found her with signs of life, sending her urgently to Trauma Military Hospital, where she is found dead, and then her corpse has been sent for further examination to the Institute of Medicine-Lagre.
A few days after the suicide incident, in February 2024 police arrested Altin Cook. A few days ago, the Tirana court decided to sentence Cook to six years in prison.
