N.E. stopped for 48 hours after a worker fell from a construction facility on “Remzi Hoxha” in Ferizaj and died at the scene.
Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor said this person was detained “due to suspicion of criminal activity hing, damage or removal of protective equipment and risking workplace security from Article 358 under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”.
To him, the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj said that “within the legal deadline will continue with further legal procedures”.
The case in question occurred on Rhemzi Hoxha Street in Ferizaj, where a person has fallen from an object under construction, and after the release of the emergency teams have ascertained the death of victim”, the announcement said.
The State Prosecutor, reports Prosecutor, “has instructed the Police and the Labour Inspectorate to take the necessary investigative actions, with the aim of clarifying the circumstances of this case”.
“While, with the order of the state prosecutor, the lifeless body of the vitamin has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina”.
