So has the candidate announced The PDK for this position, in the CEC, Rashit Qalaj, who said they do not rule out sending this issue to Constitutional, but are currently awaiting the U.D. verdict. President Albulen Hadziu.
“The PDK is waiting for the decision to be decided. The president of state to decree the second member of the PDK in the CEC. It's not having any action by the taskmaster, even though it's constitutional. The PDK has directed the letter to former President Osmani as well as to the president that as soon as they have decreed the second member, but there is no move that we are waiting for. Normally, the PDK will use all legal mechanisms so that this work is carried out as guaranteed by the Kosovo Constitution. I believe the PDK will take all actions in time for the quick to be decreed and the second member, that we rule out (sent to the Constitutional Court) but are awaiting the verdict. Right now there's something we're waiting for”, Qalaj told RTV21
